1. NO REGISTRATION FEE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST.
2. AGREEMENT: By entering the contest, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and to accept as a final all decisions of the judges appointed by F.A.M.E. ACADEMY.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To Register, email a photo of contestant with Parent or Guardians first and last name, contestants first, last name and age to FameAcademyNY+Contest@gmail.com and add MODELING CONTEST in the subject line.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be between the ages of six and thirteen on the event date. Any contestant found to be over the age limit will be eliminated.
5. AGE GROUPS: There will be two groups of contestants: those aged six to nine years old and those aged ten to thirteen years old.
6. MODELING CATEGORIES: Models will need to showcase their own or sponsored outfits in 3 main runway looks
a) PARK BENCH - Casual hangout attire that is trend setting and represents their unique personalities.
b) SMART CHIC - Attire that could me worn to school, a cultural event, or to an adult outing.
c) BRING THE NOISE! - Clothing that is fun and dynamic! Outfits that the kid might wear to a New Year’s Eve event-or show stopper outfits!!
7. ENTRY DEADLINES: Contest opens for registration at 12:01a.m. E.T. on 8/18/23 and finishes at 11:59 p.m. E.T. on 9/23/23 OR when15 slots per age group have been filled. Entries must be received on or before 9/23/23 in order to be eligible for the contest. No late submission will be accepted. If the contest cannot be run as planned for any reason, F.A.M.E. ACADEMY and/or its appointed judges reserve the right to cancel, delay or modify the contest.
8. PRIZE: Prizes: Three prizes will be awarded in each age category. The first prize winner will get a trophy, a paid fashion show with Cole Network System, a paid spot in the CNS Kids Calendar, a free photoshoot with a professional photographer, and a CNS gift basket. The second prize winner will receive a trophy, a paid fashion show with Cole Network System, and a CNS gift basket. The third prize winner will get a trophy, a paid fashion show with Cole Network System, and a CNS gift basket.
9. JUDGING CRITERIA: At each stage of the contest, judging will be performed by a panel of judges ("Judges") designated at the sole discretion of F.A.M.E. ACADEMY. Contestants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Judges, whose decisions are final and binding. Winning is contingent upon
The total score of the judges sore cards. In the event of a tie, tied contestants will participate in a final “Walk Off”. Contestants will be judged on presentation, confidence.
10. OWNERSHIP AND PUBLICITY RIGHTS: Each parent or guardian of entrants further grants to Producer the unrestricted, irrevocable right but not the obligation, to use the entrant's name, photograph, picture, likeness, moving image and voice, as filmed, photographed and recorded by the Producer, in perpetuity throughout the world in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Internet, broadcast and cable television, for any purpose whatsoever, without payment to, or further authorization by, the online entrant. Without limiting the foregoing, each online entrant acknowledges that the photographs may be made available for public viewing on the Internet and that the photographs or parts thereof
may be included in F.A.M.E. ACADEMY advertising and marketing. Each online entrant releases F.A.M.E. ACADEMY from any and all claims for damages for libel, infringement of the right of publicity, invasion of privacy, portrayal in a false light, or any other claim based on use of the audiovisual recording or photograph.
By entering this competition, each entrant further agrees that excepting entrant's enjoyment of the online entry in the privacy of entrant's home, entrant may not use or permit others to use the entry without obtaining the prior
written approval of F.A.M.E. ACADEMY.
